Doormen
All of the doormen I have seen when being out are actually men hence the name I'm guessing. It may sound sexist but can women be door men and can we change it to doorwomen I really fancy doing this as a weekend job think it would be so interesting.

Female Door-staff are usually in demand in most areas. You will need to attend a short course and apply to the Security Industry Authority for a licence to work as door staff. People can get these course free if in receipt of benefits I believe.

Wages are typically £10-15 per hour depending on where you work.

I was offered a job as a doorman as I could address people as 'Sir' without sneering but I have to say it is not something I jumped at. - also I bathed regularly which was a definite plus in my favour
You do need a licence without which you cannot work
I mean it is long hours and you dont get paid much
what about being a rocket scientist or QC lawyer ?
They both do interesting things.
