Hearing Loss Claim
I replied to an advert by solicitors as my wife is always telling me I'm going deaf. The solicitors told me I might be able to claim for loss of hearing if I worked in noisy environments from 1963 which is the year the legislation became law.I will have to take a hearing test which the solicitors will pay for. Has anyone made a claim under this legislation ?.

in the good old days of legal aid - a fren' was told he had a Good Case until the green form was exhausted and then told he had no case at all. we agreed that all the lawyer wanted to do was fill a legal-aid sized hole in his finances and nothing else.
