Has anyone experienced problems with BT broadband. I had to wait for over a week for them to send me a new router as the dsl was not working on my exsisting one.After being put through to different departments and being told I would recieve a call back from the technical team of which I didnt I finally recieved the router. BT were quite happy to take my money for a service I was unable to use but were very slow to provide a proper service.Does anyone know of another company I can go with who are reliable?
I have been with ntl for about seven years, now. They have had problems, but in general they are not too bad. Last Thursday, my modem failed and I lost my Internet connection. I rang customer services, they diagnosed the problem online and an engineer came out Friday morning with a replacement. Impressive.
