I live in a block of flats that have garages for the residents, which we pay weekly for. Cars park opposite the garages making it hard to put the car away in the garage. Not only mine but others also!. We have approached the council & the police asking for them to do some thing. the police say its on council land (private) so they cannot do anything. The council are not prepared to do any thing after loads of complaints from the garage owners. What can we do (legally) to get the cars moved when we ask the car owners they theaten/swear at us. we are desperate for any help.

well done for banning both answers....mmmm

point still stands though, you have no rights over them as you can still get into your garages
