I bought a toy sqeezy frog from a shop my child squeezed it when she got home and it broke she got covered in blue liquid as did her clothyes and my furniture and carpet the shop owner offered me my money back and gave me a free bottle of carpet and upholstery cleaner i want compensation to clean my furniture and carpet and replace damaged clothes the shop owner says he is not responsible for the damage as it was caused byu an accident and the toy has kitemark and has water based solution so should just wash out.
what can i do?
