My mother just past away and had a clear last will and testament anouncing her executer of her will and her wishes. She got remarried 2 months before her death and i have been told her last will and testament are void by marriage and her wishes will have no effect, is this true?

A marriage, or remarriage, will generally cancel any previous Will. This should be noted as it can mean that you are left without any Will and the Intestacy Rules will come into effect.
