Breif description ( as breif as possible)
2 parents ( one seriously disabled ) 4 kids and loads of grandchildren.

1 child and 1 grandchild bought parents home some years ago (all done through a solisitor).

Understand that there are two wills as follows:-
Dad leaves all to children and mum leaves all to grandchildren.

Seems ok I hear you say but here we go.

Mums now very ill and requires a great deal of care. One of the children is a nurse and does the majority of the care (gets a small allowance from mum for doing this) and one of the sons wife's does quite a bit of care on behalf of the son ( the care is very personal). These two carers are willing and are not going to let the mum go into care until very necessary...guess what the other two children and the granddaughter are wanting the mum to go into care. One of the children and the granddaughter are the ones who have the house and the other child is the granddaughters mother (hope you are following). Looks like they are needing the funds from the house as the father will have to go into care once wife was there.

Anyway I have suggested that the nurse(daughter) gets power of attorney, as I'm sure that this would stop anyone bulling the parents into care before necessary - correct?
