really not sure if im in right place,,this concerns a friend of mine currently in germany living on the base with her 2 sons while her hubby is away,he has never been fit as a father or husband,,,one of her sons has learning problems,,the other an 11 yr old has been caught twice now with a knife,,,this week he is to be dragged to the courts and ''have the book thrown at him'' ,she doesnt know what to do,she is a lovely person,doesnt deserve this,she needs help to get out of that place,but no one will help her,her marriage is all but over she wants out,,does anyone know anywhere or anyone she can turn to,for advice on any of it,,the ways things r at the moment,im afraid she will do something silly,,she's giving up,,,and im scared for her thnx in advance xx

There must be an army support worker she can talk to and explain what is going on and how she feels. Why don't you phone the Citazens Advice Bureau or Womans Aid for her and tell them what you've told us and they might be able to point you in the right direction. Good Luck with this, you are a good friend helping her out. : )
hi tell your friend to visit her husbands unit welfare team and they will help her and advise her. They will have details of other organisations that may be able to help including SAAFA and the Army welfare service. She is not alone this is what the welfare team are there for and they are very approachable and understanding. I was based in germany myself. Where is you friend living ? i may know the number for her to call if i can determine what unit her husband is currently serving at.
