It depends on your credit card terms and conditions.
The law states that the credit card company is equally liable in the following circumstances only:
1. The goods were over �100
2. You used your card to pay the company directly, and not through a third party processor such as PayPal.
However, many credit card companies have more generous terms, so phone them up now.
If your credit card company won't help, you have no option but to pursue it through the courts to get your money back.
If the company has gone bust, you have very little chance of getting your money back.
