further to my previous question. i will explain again that i do not own the property i am just staying in a room in the property. the property is owned by a man who lets people stay there mostly students, and people stay for a short while i am staying there without a rental agreement or contract and i can leave at any time even today if i wanted so no written agreements or contracts are involved. can bailiffs enter a property which is not mine the stuff in the room i am in is not mine tv microwave bed etc are not owned by me they belong to the property owner so can bailiffs enter and remove goods that are not mine in a property that is not mine either.

Yes, I fully appreciate what you are saying. No, they may not remove property which does not belong to you. I hope that is clear. However, perhaps your best course of action is to accept service of a summons to court and there plead Not Guilty to the alleged parking offence (which as you say you are disputing). That is your inalienable right as an Englishman Otherwise the problem will simply not go away.
