boxers
hello we have just had two blokes move in opposite us, often the bloke will come home from work and strip down to his very tighgt boxers(wouldnt be so bad if he wasnt 20 stone)
he then wonders around the communal car park just in hiss boxers to put the bin out, he will also wonder from his house to our neighbours which is approx 30 meters in just his boxers(they are friends)/
I have to sit in my living room everyday which looks directly onto his front door, and watch him strip and parade around in his boxers! i have a small son which i dont like plying outside when the man is home as i dont want my son to have to see that! there are also some other very small children playing in our street surley he shouldnt be aloud to parade around like that, surly its indecent exposure?

does a 2 year old look and stare at people in shorts?
i have a toddler too and yes he may well stare at something unusual once but unless attention was brought to anything hes not going to take a blind bit of notice after that.
have you just tried asking your neighbour if they wouldnt mind covering up when outside?

1st Harry what is 20 stone & bloke? Not from the UK. I have a suggestion though ask others in the neighborhood how they feel about the boxers as well after expressing your concerns about the kids playing. The real picture is that the kids really shouldn't see a man in his boxers outside his home. Its called indescent exposure! However what one chooses to do in their home is their right and business. If the view isn't appealing to you consider moving your couch or closing your curtains. try not to be in the window if this is something that goes on like clockwork everyday. Reposition yourself during that time of day.
