If a business partner dies, the partnership automatically dissolves so is there any need for the remaining partners to serve notice of dissolution on each other and put a notice in the London Gazette?
Do you still need todo a deed of dissolution?
In other dissolution circumstances, is it compulsory to put a notice in the Gazette?
