contact order

Hi,
My ex-husband was granted a contact order with my 2 children but he has not seen them in the last 6 months! He now wants to see the children and is taking me to court again! Where do I stand as he has not stuck to the agreement?

as it's 6mths you may be at the mercy of court. after about 2 years the court would leave it to you. hope you've gone back to your solicitor, get armoured up. it could be a battle depending on your more finer points. also think is he now doing it because he wants to look good to someone/something else? my friend is in a similar situation and he only wanted to start to see the child after a split when he had another court case to keep a child from being taken away when the child was a result of an affair with a crack addict. good luck anyway.
