we have a fence to the left and right of us in the garden.which side left or right is our responsability ?
we are going halves with the repare of the fence to the left of us as we get on well with the neighbours.the fence to the right of us is broken due to the neighbours kids using it as a football goal and constant climing over.im lothed to go halves as its there kids who broke it.

The deeds will show whether it's their or your fence, but if the kids next door are breaking the fence then it would only be neighbourly for the neighbours to pay for it, even if it's your fence, since they caused the damage. Check your deeds.
