Second leaving scene of accident offence

Would a second offence consistute a straight ban in circumstances of no personal injuries but damage to a vehicle? Obvious first offence ranged between 5-10 points on a DVLA registered license however there is no clear guidelines on a second offence?

Furthermore, given the logistics of the legal system, obvious fines would have to be in consideration of a band fine based on salary circumstances or will there be a negative correlation between fines and points?

There is no correlation between fines and points in the way you suggest. A more serious offence might attract a higher fine and more points, but there is no "trade off" between the two.

A second offence may well lead to an immediate ban (depending on the circumstances) or it may lead to a "totting" ban if 12 or more points result.
