Assault

Hi everyone could someone possible give some information please. Basically I was arrested along with 3 others a couple of weeks back and been bailed to return to the police station on the 3rd of October. Now the allegations were assault , aggravated burglary and kidnapping. I was interviewed without representation, I admitted assaulted this heroin user, we were all drunk and was a stupid mistAke. The other two allegations I think were just based on the victims story were aren't being taking seriously. Now , I've admitted the assault but said I'm not being totally accountable for it, another lad involved said the same thing. The other lad has said he had nothing to do with it and his girlfriend has put a statement in saying it was just me obviously trying to protect her boyfriend of his previous. She's say I had a knife and so did the victim but all three of said they're was no knife which there wasn't . Could someone tell me what I could expect of this would be appreciated regards

Well I rung one up snd he said he will come the police station with me on the third, and that's virtually all he said .
