Hello! I have a question. What the punishment would be if teen (near 14-16) filmed video. If this video contents degrading the honour and dignity of man. But there is no any injures. If it possible discribe in different ways. Thank you.

Are you in the States? Only offence here (UK) would be if the person filming was also encouraging the violence. Merely recording events and then 'publishing' the film is no crime. But you already have your best answer!
