He’S Been Arrested
9 Answers
He was arrested Friday, went up before court Saturday morning and the hearing is tomorrow at 10 as he failed to turn up last Thursday ( he was drunk when the police officers visited him ) for sentencing for ABH against myself
So now he’s charged with
1. ABH
2. failure to surrender to court
3. Breach of a 6 month suspended sentence ( attacked me a week after the sentence was issued.
4. Breach of probation as he never turned up to that last week either
I have to say I was impressed with the police as the warrant for his arrest was issued Thursday night and he was arrested Friday morning, however I was a little disappointed that they released him on bail.
I’m wondering now what sentence he will get for all four offences .... it’s really not looking good for him !!

Sorry for the confusion!!!
He’s now charged with four offences including breaching a 12 month suspended sentence!
It’s been referred to crown court for sentencing as the magistrates said his power of only 26 weeks wasn’t sufficient in this case and the suspended sentence needs to be activated also due to it only being issued 5 days before the vicious assault!
He wasn’t bailed this time and has been put on judges remand till the crown court sentencing on 29th Aug.
His previous convictions where a lot more than I originally thought and the probation officers report said “ he was very high risk to the public and the victim, plus whilst on probation he was very aggressive and nasty to the officer and had missed several appointments therefore a custodial sentence is definitely recommended in this case “ .
