Theft 12,000

I borrowed 12,000 over a period of 2 months at installments of 400 off of a road sweeper on the agreement of a long term loan. Police have now charged me with theft of the sum claiming he was vunerable and i stole the money, im on bail but have to sleep each night at my parents who live far from my original residence with my partner and 3 children. I appear at crown court this month what do u think? entered plea of not guilty
