harressment charge

Can any one tell me please I have been charged with harressment charge under section 2 - on one account only, I am first time offender. tomarrow I will be sentenced what is likely sentence.

i had my pre sentence report done and was told it may be community work can you advise

It depends on the nature of the harassment. If the PSR suggests unpaid work is appropriate then that is probably what you will get together with a restraining order to stop you doing it again
