Hello
A friend of mine was arrested after he was seen leaving a council propety for which he had a key he was storing a bike which was his because he had left his bike lock at home he was out when a friend asked if he would like a drink
the area were he was had a council shed he used to work
for them he still had a key .
He put the bike in the shed and locked it up 4 police constables jumped on him after he had left the shed
and arrested him saying he was going equiped he had not taken anything but they took him to the police station
after interviewing him he gave them the key so they could return it to the council.
They released him and said they will take no further
action but he could be re-arrested if they needed to speak to him.
He spoke to a duty solicitor who was at the questioning which was recorded onto tape.
What will happen to him.
