Consequences
I am considering smashing up my soon to be ex husband's 3 week old brand new Porsche in an attempt to convince him that (a) I wont be paying for half of it, (b) Id like some child and spousal maintenance as he hasnt paid any in the 18 months we've been separated, and (c) Id like at least some of my capital before he spends it all.
I thought Id wait till he was out of it on Christmas Day when he comes to play Mr Bountiful, and then use a baseball bat on the glass and paint stripper on the body.
I was wondering what offence this would be and that consequences might be as I cannot risk a custodial sentence. Your constructive expertise will be most welcome.

Because knobby he has all the capital and I have none. This is the second porsche in 14 months and I will have a fight just going back more than 12, even before he starts arguing it was necessary. By the time it gets near a judge it will be so complex I will difficulty unravelling any of it.
But dont worry, have another swig and go ahead a feel superior.

Maypole - you will feel great if you smash up his Porsche but that feeling will soon go and you will have to live with the consequences.
Push him right out of your life and make a success of your career and of being a mum.
Make him see how happy you are without him. He will get jealous - which is a terrible feeling so you will get your own back that way.
I hope you have a great Christmas.

Any man who doesn't meet his responsibilities in paying for children he has fathered is an utter ******* ******* and, in my opinion, deserves all he gets.
You expect chavs not to face up to their responsibilities, being the stinking scum buckets they are, but a bloke that can afford a couple of Porsches in just over a year clearly (unless it is all a front) is wedged enough to pay for his kids.
Perhaps it is not wise to openly trash his car, but a couple of bottles of brake fluid on the paint work at 3am one morning, whilst not being obvious it is you, would give you an enormous amount of satisfaction.
