I was admonished from a charge rouglhy 3 years ago now. Just wondering if I should be listing this on job applications etc.. Also Im planning on moving to australia to work for a couple of years, so should I be listing this on visa applications etc?

Rory - admonished means FOUND GUILTY but no punishment imposed. The conviction has a lifespan of 5 years under Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.

Be honest in your visa application. You won't automatically be excluded from Oz.
