My 16 year old son, has been a complete fool and was with a lad who smashed a window into a government building (court/social services/council building) in board daylight and went in after the lad they were both caught in there by the police and arrested he is now on bail till later this month.

My son has never done anything like this before, and has been cautioned for silly behaviour, and received a couple of yellow cards a few years ago. But nothing on this level before.

I would like to know what will happen once he is charged he is currently on bail to attend police station later this month. Is he likely to be sentenced??? He has been trying to keep away from the lad in question but he keeps turning up when my son is playing football with his mates. As that is part of his bail conditions to keep away from this lad, dont get me wrong my son is no angel and i have struggled with his behaviour since the age of 5 but i have never given up on him and never will.

Just need to know what to expect because i dont have anything to do with courts or stuff like that before. As i feel they might use my son as a fall guy as the other lad has ADHD
