can anyone help - how do i find out if someone is registered with lasting powers of attorney?

Complete this form:

and send it, with the £25 search fee, to
Office of the Public Guardian
PO Box 15118
Birmingham B16 6GX

If you're in receipt of means-tested benefits you might be able to get that fee reduced or waived. See here:
