Missed date at court...

Today i should of been at court at 2pm.....I got it into my head it was a thursday,,,,it was a wednesday...what happens now ?????

If it was to face a criminal charge it's likely that the court will have issued a warrant for your arrest. If you've got a solicitor, contact him/her as soon as the office opens tomorrow morning (hopefully before the Old Bill knock on your door).

Ironic that after weeks of questions on here, apollo-8, managed to miss his opportunity to put his case forwards...........

hand yourself in.. if it's a warrant not backed for bail you might be in until after the bank holiday!

Recent update...new date given...attended this one.....with all documents needed...
Prosecution has requested an ajournment cps to look into insurance documents...
so have to go again......
