Was handing out literature at our local university's "Freshers' Fair" last week. Lots of young, fresh faced students signing up for doctors etc. Interesting to see the number of young men who had brought their mums along. Seemed to be the mums who were filling out the forms while their sons looked on rather sheepishly. If their mums weren't there they seemed to be on their mobiles asking questions!! We had fun guessing what they were asking. "What's my date of birth" "Do I have any allergies" ?? God Bless our future teachers, doctors etc. one and all.

The day I left for London, my grandma and maternal mother saw me off and they both cried on the platform as they waved me off. Embarrassing.
Half term, as i walked into the house my grandma put her hands out and said "Will you feel my pullets?" and she was surprised that i had another 5 and a half years to go.LOL
