A moron in a hurry

Good Afternoon,

I found this today: http://en.wikipedia.o...ki/A_moron_in_a_hurry and found it quite amusing.

I wondered what other examples in Law (or just legislature) you could provide which are used to define a certain kind of persons? Another example is: http://en.wikipedia.o...n_the_Clapham_omnibus "The man on the Clapham omnibus"

More examples would be appreciated, and if you can tell a story, that would be too.

I believe I've mentioned before that in one of Robert Rankin's books there's a chap who's always got an opinion to share, and he claims to be THE man on the Clapham omnibus, but he also moonlights as the man in the street.
