connecting to orange internet

ive got a huawei g300 mobile phone and monthly contract with orange which give me 500mb of data per month.i would like to connect to" orange"
to use some of this,but ??? how is my question.
i have contacted "orange" twice and given 2 differant pieces of advice regarding settings without sucess,ive also looked up the "orange" settings for my phone on the internet,(which was the same as the first adviced) by orange,still there is no way that i can connect to the internet using "orange"
ok, i know, this is a problem for orange to answer,but,???? have you tried to talk to these people, its like pissing against the wind. they take round and round, and you still end up where you were when you first phoned them,its hard enough to understand them ,but when you get differant ,advice each time it realy is a problem.
has anyone any general advice about solving this problem,??is there someone i can contact at orange (uk) that can solve this . any help/ suggestions would be appreciated ,thanks
