I park my roller in town in car park , take off my expensive suit and put on a track suit - then proceed to the main street in city centre and start begging for money .

Am I breaking any laws ?

If it's a shell suit, you're breaking the law of good taste!

yes begging is probably against a local bylaw unless you have applied for a begging license wo the local authority, available in all languages i believe
I don't think so. Unless you use aggressive techniques.
is it a good earner?
Begging is against the law, not that anyone ever gets arrested for it.
It depends - are you keeping your obligatory staffie on a leash?
Did you pay to park the roller ?

That's vulgar
LOL.
Probably lots of municipal by-laws; however, which particular one do you want to be informed of? Remember, beggars can't be choosers.
Lol Stewey..
Do you mean Bay City Roller[s]?
Wrong thread again, baza.

Bay city rollers - that brings back memories .
I remember them being on TOTP , each sitting on a brand new white gleaming roller .

Didn't they get ripped off by their manager ?
Yes, Bazile they did.
Yes i believe it is. I think the law was passed after the end of the Napoleonic war,
when there were so many soldiers basically unemployed, there was an epidemic of begging.
Sell the Big Issue, that's a way to get around laws on begging.
Roller, shell suit..... I thought this was a Jimmy Savile thing at first!
Enjoy, Bazile
