Nursing Secondment

i have an interview for a secondment at uni(i have secured a place already) getting this secondment enables me to carry on receiving full salary for the next 3 years.if i am not succeessful i wil only get about 20%of my salary.thequestion i will be asked is WHY DO YOU WANT THIS SECONDMENT .idont know what to say please give me some good ideas HELP tia

well my first question to you would be why DO you want to do it? I don't think you need to say "so i can get it paid for" but this is your opportunity to tell them why you want to be a nurse. A tip is to work out what you want the interviewers to know about you, and make sure you get that accross

Sit down and sketch out some honest answers and go from there.
