Would an adopted child have any legal right to the blood parents estate if there hasnt been a will made by them? Thanks abers x

If there are no surviving relations the estate could go to the treasury, which would be known as Bona vacantia. This is one of the main reasons everyone should make a will and ensure it is valid.
