I Lost The Plot With Dwp On The Phone
Hi there I was on the phone to DWP to this really officious woman and I lost the plot and I called her a F*** b. She then said "calls are recorded and you will be having contact" at that point I put the phone down. Now I am all worried the law will come. However I had 2 other calls with them later which was fine and really nice people after that surely if she was that bothered she would have blocked me from calling. It is now 1030pm and this was at 12 surely I would have heard something by now. I am all paranoid do you think I have anything to worry about or am I being paranoid??

He questioned their nationality and parentage. ...But in his own words. He did,not feel that they were being very helpful.
His first appearance in court was cancelled due to his poor health.
When he finally did appear he was given a sentence of community service.
They did record the conversation and they did follow it through..!

Gordie, you might get a letter - nobody will come knocking - but it's the policy in many places (including your GP practice) that nobody has to put up with abuse and swearing - no matter how riled you are. I just think you need to learn from this - keep your cool, remember this experience next time you feel like blowing a gasket.
The police are far too busy dealing with idiots who drunk, or things like fools fighting at home because it was his turn to have the wide-screen television in the living room tonight but she wants to watch Jeremy Kyle, or wannabe gangsters hanging outside the school they refused to turn up when they were supposed to have done, the list is endless, but chill

True, so all the more reason to be patient with the person receiving your call.
If they are not well trained it is not their fault and they are often in oppressive work environments where targets mean everything and people mean nothing. That means them, their customers, everybody.
Blame the message, not the messenger.
Thanks Gordie. :)

I have an anger issue my housing association wrote to me after a woman on the out of hours repair team complained about me my heating broke down at 8pm and they sent a gas engineer to check it wasnt a leak but I knew it wasnt and they then sent out an engineer who confirmed my boiler was broken. I asked for someone to come and repair it engineer they sent couldnt and it was 905pm when I phoned and they told me that there was no way they would send out an engineer after 9pm she wouldnt budge for 5 minutes so I called her a stupid bitch and I got a letter a few days later telling me that if I was abusive again they would report it to the police and this would be recorded and if I ever wanted to move to another housing association in a different town or city they would have to tell them. If anything happens I have a friend who rings on my behalf a very calm friend
