Yes indeed, it's for legal reasons. Innocent until proven guilty, even if we all "know" he is guilty of whatever. Hence there is only "suspicion" until the verdict is reached.
could it be that someone has either reported him for the offence or caught him driving on a mobile phone? i haven't read any of the reports, so i don't know, but that is my guess.
Tevez, who was banned from driving in January, was arrested and taken to Macclesfield police station on Thursday evening after being stopped in a car on the edge of the town as a result of "information provided". He was taken to a nearby police station for questioning before being bailed. No bail date has been released.
