Non Receipt Of Goods, What To Do Next?
27 Answers
Our parcels are delivered "care of" to a small local sub-post office and general store: either mr sloop or I drop in most days anyway, or they'll call us to let us know there's a parcel.
On chasing some goods (ordered from a company I've happily done business with before), it appears they were delivered there nearly three weeks ago, and the supplier has sent me through a copy of the signed delivery note. There's nobody of that name - or signature - at the shop, and we know exactly who was on duty on that day and time. The shop's been turned upside down and no unaccounted for parcel discovered.
The supplier has gone away to talk to the carrier company, who he's never had a problem with before, but if he draws a blank there, what are my options?
Many thanks in advance

A charming reply from someone who says that they run an insurance company. Firstly both my mother and my wife are dead and I do not have a dog.
I agree that the purpose of this site is to give answers to people's questions, but it is preferable that the answers given are sensible and not utter rubbish.
I very much doubt that you run an insurance company and would doubt that you could even run a bath.

methyl, thanks for
// It is foolish to the point of blatent sic stupidity to vaguely nominate a 3rd party shop to receive your goods.

It's not vaguely nominated, it's a Royal Mail office.
May I invite you to contain your future humble opinion in a place where there's no evidence of sunshine?
