how would you declare the income from charging your neighbour a fee? What would you write on the receipt? If you charge him for working from your premises, do you have insurance cover incase he falls/hurts himself? If you need to access your property from a neighbours property what kind of fee would you expect to have to pay them? is it a one off acess fee with returns included? Is it an hourly rate? If they need professional tradesmen to access their property via your property will you charge the tradesmen the same rate or as they probably have at least 1,000,000 public liability inssurance will you charge them less?
What exactly does he need to do?
