What Happens If A Prosecution Witness Lies In Court
Basically I was found guilty yesterday of a crime I did not commit. If I can prove the prosecution witness swore an oath on the bible and lied on two occasion, what can be done, will they be charged with perjury and what happens to the court case? I am due to be sentenced in 1 months time for this crime

the prosecution told the jury that I had been harassing them since 2011 but there is no proof. I only started getting complaints via the council since summer 2013?
These complaints consisted of hovering during the day, laughing talking and music till 5am. Strange nobody else heard these anything including my neighbor living directly above me. So can the jury be told facts without any evidence whatso ever. These events where made up
