Just received a parking charge notice from Paid Parking Company I have googled and looked on here but there seems to be loads of conflicting advice. Do I have to pay it (I don't dispute the fact that himself parked at Aldi for too long). Thank you.

They never get paid in our house. My Mum's a right little rebel and you could paper the wall with the amount she's got. We never pay them.
The recommended way to deal with this is to appeal, reasoning that the amount asked for is not a genuine pre-estimate of loss. Require that if the appeal is not accepted, then ask for a POPLA appeal code. This will cost the parking company £27-50 a VAT. Do not throw any paperwork away.

As always, good advice on pepipoo.com
