Bhs
Hi all
Not sure if I'm posting in the right spot but does anyone know the email address of Richard Price the CEO of BHS. I have been on ceoemails.com but the CEO that's on there doesn't work for them anymore. Thanks in advance

When I worked at a railway station people would often hand in letters addresses to the company's MD or CEO. They might have been marked 'Private', 'Confidential', 'Personal' or anything else but it made no difference; they were all simply sent straight to our Customer Relations department, where they were handled by low-paid staff (and most definitely never got anywhere near to the person that they were addressed to).
Most companies will have similar practices and there is rarely any point in addressing mail to senior executives because they'll never read it anyway.

Give em hell rosie w
I am being screwed for a debt - having sent two good cheques.
I sent cheque no 3 with their added distress amount
and then thought oh I had better check ( haha ) that no 2 hasnt been cashed and it had.
I owed them nothing
I am going for "unlawfully co-ercing a payment by threats"
give em more hell

Emailing CEOs definitely DOES work! After weeks trying to resolve a dispute with British Gas, I emailed the CEO, someone rang me within half an hour and the problem was solved immediately. I've emailed CEOs over other matters and always got results 10 times faster than I would have done messing about with so-called customer services.
Agree with diddlydo, after months of endless calls and getting nowhere with my complaints about my mother's home care I fired off a 5 page complaint addressed personally to the director of Social Services. Things moved so fast that they must have been tripping over themselves.
Also experience from my Banking days, if a complaint went to the top, although handed down the chain to be dealt with, regular phone calls were received from the man at the top's office checking on progress.

well done Rosie
I have just got a final demand - even tho I can show cq no 2 was cashed - and a scan of the cq - cheque no 3 went to the wife of the CEO as I found his home address on the internet. cq no 4 went off including the late payment fee. ( these are all for the same amount: I wouldnt like you to think I have just paid five successive gas bills )
BC was half right - the exec team told me my email was most interesting would I write to someone else? So the CEO's wife got it
so well done.
