Horrific story here, and I can't help but think that's the end of them as a business because of it. Vile man.

I've been on their site and the cheapest they offer is £15 which means she's a maximum of 2 weeks late- which in law isn't late at all- besides however late she is you still can't legally kill people's horses. It is disgraceful and imho the woman who loaned the horse (it wasn't even he horse) is not to blame. If I had £1 for every late payment we ever had relating to horses...
No disrespect Jno but so what? People refuse, defer, neglect to pay bills to us all the time, they always pay in the end one way or the other, but most times its simply a 'cash flow problem situation'. One woman owed us £350 for ages ( for a car not livery but she had a horse which is why it's relevant) because she had big vets bills suddenly come in- and that's really really normal with livery yards. Its not ideal but it's the real world, things happen and I for one have been a couple of weeks late paying something in the past, I imagine most people have, haven't you ever? This guy's disproportionate action equates to him bieng a total nutcase.
