If you have assets in UK and Thai then making wills that work will not be cheap. You need a document that will work in both jurisditions - can you see lawyers beckoning
or else you need two wills each working in the different country
but THEN your English will MUST NOT have a revocation clause - because that will revoke the Thai will

they wont recommend on but they should have a list ....
hc4 that is not correct, i was with thai lawyer yesterday. first in line under thai law to get your assets is you mother / father/sisters/brothers. you wife and your child come last. so im putting all assets in my daughters name though my wife will need to travel to thailand to sign the will as she is sole beneficiary of my daughter.
