Tower Of London Poppies

I bought one of these for myself, (received) and was informed that I could go on a waiting list for a second poppy. (This for a relative) Got an email a couple of weeks ago saying that a poppy was available for this second order, paid up on line, got the order number but as yet this order hasn't arrived and I've had no notification by email when this might be. Emails I've sent to the poppy despatchers seem to be ignored by them.

Has anybody else experienced this and has any idea how I can contact the poppy site by telephone?

Thanks for that hc4361 I've contacted them and had several replies about the delivery of my order of the 'left over' poppies from the website and when I can expect delivery.
