I was employed with a company since 1996 and left 2003 I was told to claim back dated holiday pay before the 1 July cutoff for historic overtime I have now received a letter saying my claim was in on time but since its been over many years I could only claim within 3 months since I was employed with the company is this true or do I still have a clam for historical back dated pay .

Im not sure if your claim has to be reinforced every six years to stop it expiring. Do you have the original correspondence. I think the small claims court would take a very sympathetic view if the employer simply let the claim expire.
