Compensation?
6 Answers
My friend is desperate to sell her property to release capital for her offspring. Unfortunately there is new housing being built behind her house & every viewing has remarked on the housing going up close to her fencing. Is there the possibility of compensation due to building work in progress with a property overlooking this work.
She was aware that building would commense sometime this year but the housing association has not been forthcoming in their answers.
Each viewer has been supplied with planning officer's tel no & has also shown drawings etc of proposed outcome which my friend has supplied.
Her estate agent thinks she may have to lower the price even more than expected. In an area where houses usually sell within days & she has certainly been watching Phil Spencer on a weekly basis................help!

Apparently the new buildings are for disabled & special needs first time buyers so think the site will be an great addition to the town but a buyer does'nt see that. She could wait, & that may have to happen so lets see.
