A while back I put in a post regards Cheap Parts & how stupid I was in buying them, after a lot of Emails / Phone Calls to the UK Seller asking to resolve this Issue which they would not, I replied after many Emails "I would take them" they then sent me their Suppliers name & contact, again after No responce after 5 mails, a letter to the chinese Embassy in London for help, last frid the letter was sent to the Company in the UK regards the Small Claims, doday I received a letter stating Would I Except their refund offer of my full refund, I said the full refund must include my Court Action cost, It was, sorry for a long ZZZZZZZZZ post but just to advise people if I can, if you know the product you bought no matter who the seller or where it was made was faulty, do not give up with your fight, in my instance my loss was £292 + £25 Court Costs, I will not back down, I hope you don't. More often than I not I tend to think the stress/hassle means it isn't worth it to me unless the sum is substantial.

O.G I'm not rich by any means but it's the Principal, granted as said previously, any product could be faulty but that does not mean the buyer should be out of pocket & I was, that's why I went as far as I did, I will never back down if I know I'm right & in this instance, I was.

That is one of life's lessons that I learnt the hard way as well - never buy cheap car parts off ebay.

Checked My P.P Account, money refunded, I contacted S.C.C. To stop the case. job done.
