Do you mean the Near side ( Out of view)
Yes, but you must keep your right hand on the vehicle

I KNOW ABOUT RIGHT HAND TOUCHING VEHICLE, AND ITS THE OFFSIDE
It's nearside - and stop SHOUTING. Nearside is near the kerb
Knock your caps off your shouting, I'm sure if the police seen you do this you would get done ( UK) are you in the UK?
In the UK it is legal to wee against the rear nearside wheel.
Only when you are driving the vehicle at 70mph.
I bloody well hope it isn't an offence to urinate in a lay-by, as I would be in prison many times over by now !

There just isn't enough public toilets these days....not anywhere near enough. Thanks god for lay-by's and farm gates !
standing with your arms akimbo is not to be encouraged
I only need one hand aelmpvw !

//What about the ladies?//
they have to go in pairs apparently
There has never been any specific law against urinating in public (although there are bye-laws in some areas) so there has never been any need for an Act to legalise it under certain circumstances. (Some prosecutions are brought on the grounds of 'disorderly behaviour, under the Public Order Act 1986, and occasionally the common law offence of 'public nuisance' might be cited but peeing in public is not specifically an offence).

The 'offside rear wheel' thing is repeatedly quoted as forming part of the Town Police Clauses Act 1847 but it seems never to have existed:

Here's what's left of the Act anyway:

I was questioned about this by the police a few years ago but in the end they decided it was just a small thing.
