I send a cheque regularly abroad
and that is cashed abroad 'in the standard fashion'
fees arent that bad
so yes there are ways of doing it
and there are ways of doing it for cross border trading both within the EU and without
but i think you are thinking about a private transfer of a large pool of moolah with no questions asked ....
Money laundering regs pretty clearly say that a third party should NOT be doing that without 'due diligence' - and if they do, the authorities may well take the same sum off them ...
so if you find a way - you better tell us

I am not sure which of suspicion or reasonable suspicion triggers a note to the MLO ( or if there is no MLO then the police )
but going into a bank or other place and saying in best 3T speak
" yeah wiv dat - I dont want anyone to know yeah ? my name duzznt matter yeah - a hundred thou idnt a lodda money yeah " would certainly do it - you dont need a name in order to make a declaration
aorry to be so snooty but this is the LAW thread ....
