I Retract My Statement Made In February And Reported As "engage In Controlling/coercive Behaviour In An Intimate / Family Relationship". Can I Reopen It?

I left my marital home for domestic abuse in June and left my 3 boys with teir father.
I am worried that his controlling and Coercive behaviour has now been shift as well on my children  and can have a 'serious effect' on them,  as it is the  case for me.

Children services have close the case for the second time as there is no evidence of emotional abuse as he blaming me for what is happening.
And no I couldn't take them with me as I left for my security and thought that Children services would help!
