Is It Legal For My Employer To Record/listen To My Private Conversations In A House Provided As Part Of My Job
I have found bugging equipment hidden in a house provided as part of my job.

Your reluctance to explain exactly what your employer's business is is hampering anyone giving you a definitive answer.
As I said earlier it certainly seems unlikely that your employer can listen, legally, to the way you live your life away from work.....BUT there may well be extenuating circumstances which give him 'the right'.

I think he has implied yes already alba as he mentioned earlier that there were suspicions of theft - which cd mean they are allowed to secretly monitor
I must say I wouldnt go down a legal route but more attracted to getting the dog in and howl down the mike for hours on end. [but I agree he didnt ask that.
