A courier delivered a parcel to me - yes, actually addressed to me - which is not mine. There was a letter enclosed to someone else - certainly not me. I sent an email to the sellers and asked them to arrange to pick up the parcel or alternatively to send me a stamped address label and I would take it to the Post Office. I would not pay myself as I could see no way of getting my money back. I also pointed out that it was not my responsibility. I think I have done the right thing. Does anyone know how long I should keep it or what else I should do? You have never let me down!
There is a time limit for the owner to arrange collection or claim it, not sure how long. (a Month ??) But you do not need to do more than you have already done. By the way a real Kimono is VERY expensive !!
